Unique to this model is the Road Racer (RR) mode, it lets you time yourself between specified checkpoints, great for measuring acceleration and handling changes under real world conditions while saving detailed information about the performance of your car for later analysis.
How does it work?
Just plug in and plant your right foot, the Gtech RR does the rest. Using the same technology found in missile-guidance systems, (3 high precision 3-axis sensors) this accurate tuning tool will measure your current power and exact increase in power after modifications. Use the G Tech to test different jetting, leads, filters, fuels and exhaust systems, brake pads, sway bars, cold air intakes, exhausts, boost controllers, chips, engine management, intercoolers or turbos. You can easily review before and after runs. You can also choose runs to be played back to you in real time with shift light activation.
The G-Tech out performs a traditional dyno machine;
A dyno machine only gives estimates of power, different dynos can show up to a 10Kw difference. .
With increased natural cooling, the G-tech is safer, when an engine overheats on the dyno, the owner pays… for the session and the rebuild. .
The G-tech Pro RR unit will measure real world performance including wind resistance, hills, traction and braking G's. .
The Gtech is always available and once you’ve made the initial investment it costs you nothing. .
